An energy economy in which stationary and motor vehicle prime movers, fueled by gasifier heat and synthesized H2, respectively, reject heat to a cryo-sink. Liquefier drive is by recovered energy or shifted electric. Recovered gasifier heat drives a thermo-chem H2 reactor, as a "third way" heat source, replacing solar and nuclear. Exhaust is carbon neutral with minimal carbon release due to extensive H2 use and fuel economy of cryo compression.
